Adjustment of the gap between the pressure roller and the mold of the biomass pellet machine: Remove the feed cover and unscrew the hollow bolt of the lubricating oil pipe at the end of the pressure roller shaft. Adjust the front and rear fastening nuts on the pull bolt, so that the pressure roller shaft can be turned, the gap between the pressure roller assembly and the mold can be adjusted, and after the adjustment is completed, tighten the hollow bolt to connect the lubricating oil circuit. Attention: Before starting the machine, the pressure roller should be pressed tightly against the mold as much as possible; When replacing the mold or roller, try to keep the roller away from the mold as much as possible. Replacing the pressure roller assembly of the biomass pellet machine: Remove the feed cover → Remove the relevant pipelines and fixing bolts on the frame plate.
