The gantry hydraulic shearing machine has a compact structure, the body is welded with steel plates into a box-shaped structure, and the mechanical performance is stable. The shearing cylinder is connected by ball joints, which improves the stability and life of the oil cylinder, and increases the front plate guide device, which improves the stress condition of the whole machine. It adopts electro-hydraulic control, simple operation, and can realize jogging and interlocking automatic circulation.

In principle, the scrap shearing machine passes through the automatic feeding box, that is, after the material is grabbed to the feeding box, the scrap is automatically sent to the cutting place by the conveyor belt, and the feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor. There are side extrusion cylinders on both sides of the material box. If the large waste such as scrapped cars cannot be cut by the gantry shears, the waste can be squeezed and reduced by the side extrusion cylinder, and then sent to the shearing blade through the conveying table for cutting.

It is mainly suitable for the cutting of steel plates, copper plates, nickel plates and other metal plates. Shear force 100 tons to 250 tons. Mainly cut material size (12~20mm)*250mm. The number of cuts is 8-12 times per minute. This series requires simple infrastructure. The gantry shears are driven by hydraulics, and have the characteristics of small size, light weight, small motion inertia, low noise, stable motion, flexible operation, and large shearing section compared with mechanical transmission shears. Hydraulic and electricity integrated control, can implement single, continuous action conversion, simple and convenient to use, can stop and run at any working position, and easy to achieve overload protection. It has a wide range of applications, and can be used as processing equipment for metal recycling processing units, furnace charge processing in factory foundries and metal shearing processing equipment in mechanical construction industry.
