Biomass Pellet Production Line

Biomass circular model pellet machine is the use of crops corn stalk, wheat straw, straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton stem, soybean stem, rice husk, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid waste as raw materials, after crushing, pressure, compaction, molding, made of small sticks of solid pellet fuel.Pellet fuel is made of wood chips and straw by roller and ring molding at room temperature.The density of raw materials is generally around 0.6-0.8, and the particle density after molding is greater than 1.1, which is very convenient for transportation and storage. At the same time, its combustion performance has been greatly improved.
