Horizontal Carbonization Furnace
The horizontal carbonization furnace needs to be heated with firewood in the early stage, and the carbonization cycle is about 6-10 hours. It is used for the carbonization of raw materials such as logs, mechanical salary sticks, bamboo poles, wood blocks, coconut shells, branches and so on. The equipment is composed of four parts: horizontal furnace body, furnace chamber, fan and smoke return system. Gas, coal, diesel gasoline, firewood, straw, branches and other raw materials are used in the preheating of the carbonization furnace body in the early stage.
The advantages of the horizontal carbonization furnace are: environmental protection, energy saving and efficiency improvement, simple operation, low investment cost and good carbon production effect.
