The carbonization equipment includes components such as a carbonization machine, gasifier, smoke and dust processor, combustible gas purifier, combustible gas condenser, and induced draft fan. Normal operation of anaerobic continuous carbonization furnace:
1. When the carbonization machine first starts (feeding) and heats up, a heat source is required to heat the carbonization machine.
One method is to use the hot gas flow generated by the reverberatory furnace for combustion and carbonization, achieving the goal of heating up and carbonization.
Another method is to use a gasifier device to ignite straw gas through the gasifier, and the combustible gas generated by gasification is burned and carbonized to achieve the purpose of heating up and carbonization (the gasified straw is converted into carbonized carbon powder through the carbonized carbon powder output device, and the combustible gas is recovered through the wood tar recovery device)
2. When the carbonization temperature reaches a certain temperature, the combustible gas generated inside is separated by a dust separator, and the combustible gas after dust separation is recovered through a wood tar recovery device.
3. After the carbonization and heating of self-produced gas, the heating device of the reverberatory furnace or the gas production device of the gasifier will stop working at this time, and the preliminary heating equipment work will be completed.
4. After carbonization for about 0.5 to 1 hour (with different time and temperature), the carbon powder slowly flows into the carbonization carbon powder cooler and flows out of the cooler. The equipment can produce continuously and continuously without interruption.
5. Wood tar is an important chemical raw material, which contains over 300 chemical elements. This equipment will automatically discharge wood tar.
