Detailed introduction of biomass pellet machine
Source:Hengju Time:2023-09-20 Reading:

Biomass pellet machine is a pre-treatment equipment for biomass energy. Mainly using agricultural and forestry processing waste such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, through pre-treatment and processing, it is solidified into high-density particulate fuel. Biomass pellet machines are divided into flat model biomass pellet machines and circular model biomass pellet machines.

Raw materials:

Biomass fuel uses solid waste from crops such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, husks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark, etc. as raw materials, which are crushed, pressurized, densified, and shaped into small rod-shaped solid particle fuels. Granular fuel is made by squeezing wood chips, straw, and other raw materials using pressure rollers and ring molds under normal temperature conditions. The density of raw materials is generally around 0.6-0.8, and the particle density after molding is greater than 1.1, making transportation and storage extremely convenient. At the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved, bringing certain employment problems and economic benefits.

Process flow:

Agricultural and forestry raw material collection → raw material crushing → raw material drying → granulation and forming → cooling → screening → bagging.

Combustion characteristics:

The characteristics of biofuels; Formed particulate fuel has a large specific gravity, small volume, flame resistance, and is easy to store and transport. The density after molding is 1.1-1.5, and the calorific value can reach 3400~4800 kcal. It is a high volatile solid fuel with low sulfur content.

Purpose:

Heating: Formed particulate fuel is a new type of bioenergy that can replace firewood, raw coal, fuel oil, liquefied gas, etc. It is widely used for heating and household stoves.

Biomass industrial boiler: As the main fuel for industrial boilers, it replaces coal and reduces atmospheric emissions and pollution;

Power generation: It can be used as a fuel for thermal power generation.
